Complete the accounting process and administrative tasks on assigned projects including accurate accounting, reporting, timely completion and submission of administrative and work documents, and effective use of administrative, human resource, information technology, communications, and business intelligence systems. The Project Administrator is responsible for financial and administrative support on assigned projects, including bookkeeping entries, job cost reporting (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, other), AP, AR, and other administrative duties assigned by the Finance & Admin.
