Blaine Varn joined the Davidson Contracting team in 2025, bringing with him a career history spanning over 15 years of experience in Engineering. His specialization in the industry includes a year of Construction Engineering & Inspection with FDOT Roadways and fourteen years of experience in Transportation Engineering specializing in FDOT Roadway and Bridges. Blaine’s extensive resume includes having served as Project Manager and Engineer of Record on over 20 roadway projects, including Municipalities and FDOT, which included new alignments and new bridges.

Working closely with contractors, developers, and industry partners, he plays a key role in Davidson Contracting’s project management, operation coordination, and estimating.

Blaine has a loving family with an amazing wife and two young boys who keep them on their toes. They enjoy spending their time hunting, fishing, and anything in the outdoors.
